Company Description:
Strine extends its services to manufacturers around the world whom are looking for a strategic partnership in China. We work with our clients to develop new and existing product lines in China. Strine’s main focus is in plastic injection molding, mold making, and metal fabrication; sand, die and investment casting for several consumer products.

Description:
The ideal candidate will have will have strong knowledge in mold making, injection molding, and plastics. Knowledge metal works and fabrication is a plus. The customer must have great sales skills and be very personable well spoken in the area of manufacturing. The candidate should have a client list that he or she can call on and start producing opportunities immediately. This job requires the candidate to be independent, highly motivated, organized and be able to think logically and strategically.

Job responsibilities: taking client briefs, account management, calling on new clients and project management.

Meeting monthly targets: The reseller will be required to meet monthly sales goals in order to retain his reseller status.

Compensation 1: commission basis. 5% on tooling, first run manufacturing PO up to $10,000. 10k-50k 3%. 50k+ 1.5% on all purchase orders.

Compensation 2: Strine issues quote and reseller marks up quote to client and makes the difference in cost and reseller price. Reseller is responsible for accounts receivable for all clients; Strine collects all money from the reseller. This model requires more work in terms of determining pricing (making sure you don’t over price the project) to the client, invoicing, account receivable and paying Strine, however, there is potentially more money to be made.

Strine’s trading terms: 50% deposit and 50% on inspection of goods and samples being approved, and then TT on sight of BL. All the factories Strine uses offer no credit, all payments must be received before the goods are shipped.

Experience:
At least 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing roll.
