Summary/Responsibilities of this position:
This position is located at the San Antonio Retail Support Center (I-35 & Rittiman) and reports to the Maintenance Team Leader. This position is responsible for trouble-shooting, repairing, maintaining, and/or improving all electrical and mechanical systems throughout the Plant. Pay rate may change based on skill assessment made during the first three months of employment.
Requirements:
Have the availability to work days, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays – on a rotating basis
2+ years of Electrical and Mechanical experience; with strong troubleshooting experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
Hydraulic and Pneumatic repair skills
Program Logic Controller (PLC) experience or equivalent classes/training
Refrigeration Troubleshooting experience
Industrial Plumbing experience
Welding experience
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams machine operating instructions and quality specifications
Preventative maintenance experience on packaging machinery (highly desired)
Ability to lift 50lbs. or more
Must have own hand tools
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a company sponsored pre-placement drug screen and criminal background check.
