THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
• 7 Years Minimum Experience in Technical Service and Bachelor's Degree preferred major in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve in an organized strategic manner.
• Sound knowledge of product assembly applications for small machinery
• Ability to think both creatively, strategically and outside the box.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Is outgoing and self-driven.
• Solid work ethic.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bilingual (Spanish); is a plus
• Sound knowledge of MS Office programs and basic knowledge of CAD design programs such as AutoCAD

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and execute the planning, implementation of the following
o Product Development
? Product concept, design and capabilities
o Product Assembly
? Schedule assembly production, monitor and control inventory levels, quality control of product parts and final product
o Documentation
? Basic CAD design and changes, electrical mapping, manuals for products
• Technical Service
o Service customers in technical applications of products, manage material testing on products
• Vendors
o Properly source parts and develop relationships with vendors
