Mar-Kov Chemical Management System (CMS) is a modular integrated software solution for process manufacturers.

Mar-Kov CMS provides specialized functions for inventory control, pre-weigh, electronic batching, recipe management, safety, regulatory, and quality control in order to deliver paperless solutions to process manufacturers.

Mar-Kov CMS is designed for regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Mar-Kov accomodates these industries with features such as 21 CFR part 11 compliance and material safety data sheet and certificate of analysis management. CMS simplifies, streamlines, and lowers the cost of cGMP compliance.

Mar-Kov CMS consists of 4 key modules: Manufacturing Execution System, Chemical Inventory Control and Warehousing, Recipe Manager, and Laboratory Information Management.

Manufacturing Execution System

Prompts and polices operators during production. Scales and bar-coding are fully integrated in the batching process, eliminating manual data entry related errors. Electronic batch recording including sign-offs where required. Policing can be configured to enforce process steps from the recipe.

Chemical Inventory Control and Warehousing

Wireless warehousing with lot/container level barcode tracking, scale integration, and complete traceability.

Recipe Manager

Allows you to create, cost, maintain, and modify complex formulations quickly and easily. For large organizations, helps to maintain corporate standards for recipe specifications with customizable library of generic process steps.

Laboratory Information Management

Quality control is integrated with production, packaging, and shipping. Certificates of analysis are automatically generated and stored with the batch/lot record.
