Manufacturing has had the tools for quite some time. Since the 80's any ways. The manual tool room is dead. No parts will ever be more effectively run on a manual machine with manual labor ever again. If you have conversational CNC's in your tool room and think your up to date? think again.

I would like to introduce you to a way of setting your tooling to your machine not your machine to your tooling. Whats the difference you may ask. Ok lets start off with your average tap and drill. If you have to re calibrate your tap drill everytime you change it, your losing money compared to this system. If fact if your re calibrating any tool after you change it your losing productivity right? Ok then lets get you up to speed. If I can show you a way to pre set your tools so that when they need changed out you simply open the collet push your new tool to the back stop, close the collet and your ready, would you buy it?.

forget the adjustable jacobs style drill chuck. throw them out or sell them on E-bay. They were great on the manual machines but they suck on the auomatic ones. What I'm offering is a way to never have to touch off a tool ever again. Your tooling will be ready to make chips as soon as you get it replaced. not after you have set your machine to it. You can change a worn tool while the machine is running and when it gets to the tool you changed your machine keeps right on going. NO errors or crashes either I promise.

My system of tool holders and tapping heads will make changing worn tools and taps a breeze. Programming becomes simpler with a standard array of tooling that can be programmed into your CAM software wich ever one you use. With down time minimized to a point you will wonder why you even have an operator any more. How can I say that? I have a fully functional tool room myself that can make any part up to 60 inches in size and I run it myself. I've developed this system and cut my work force to 1/3 and put out more product than ever before. Think about it. If you can produce the same volume of product with 1/3 the work force you can offer better pricing, get more jobs, Make more money. You must have CNC equipment allready in place other than that you would be ready as soon as you tool up with my tool holders with adjustable positive stops.

DA-200 tapping solution

Posted by no1toolmkr Oct 5, 2008

Well the website is back up anyway. still don't have my opensource portal ready as I wanted but heres the gimmick. all of my tooling is opensourcable. meaning that I made my own tooling so I can use it and then inventory the extras for retail to anyone with a machine shop who wants them. If you set up a CNC machine of any sort these tools will benifit you greatly in their quality and price. And there is no reason you could not make them yourselves if your up to it. Sometime later as I get my new platform up and running I'll show you just how to make the tooling in house but for now Here they are. Ready for distribution. In the picture below I'm showing a real price comparison. I can manufacture for you 2 collet holders and 1 tapping head for about the same price as you can get a tapping head from the competition. If you set up and program CNC's you have got to try this system. I guarantee you will save money. You will be able to inventory more tooling ready to use for less money. And that people is efficiency.
