Manufacturing has had the tools for quite some time. Since the 80's any ways. The manual tool room is dead. No parts will ever be more effectively run on a manual machine with manual labor ever again. If you have conversational CNC's in your tool room and think your up to date? think again.
forget the adjustable jacobs style drill chuck. throw them out or sell them on E-bay. They were great on the manual machines but they suck on the auomatic ones. What I'm offering is a way to never have to touch off a tool ever again. Your tooling will be ready to make chips as soon as you get it replaced. not after you have set your machine to it. You can change a worn tool while the machine is running and when it gets to the tool you changed your machine keeps right on going. NO errors or crashes either I promise.
My system of tool holders and tapping heads will make changing worn tools and taps a breeze. Programming becomes simpler with a standard array of tooling that can be programmed into your CAM software wich ever one you use. With down time minimized to a point you will wonder why you even have an operator any more. How can I say that? I have a fully functional tool room myself that can make any part up to 60 inches in size and I run it myself. I've developed this system and cut my work force to 1/3 and put out more product than ever before. Think about it. If you can produce the same volume of product with 1/3 the work force you can offer better pricing, get more jobs, Make more money. You must have CNC equipment allready in place other than that you would be ready as soon as you tool up with my tool holders with adjustable positive stops.
