IT'S A PLASTIC WORLD

Plastic injection product design and manufacturing is how our company began. We have over a dozen years of experience in designing products for plastic injection, and a staff of six plastic injection engineers. We develop an average of 1.3 new plastic injection products (executing new mold contracts) every day at Black River.

We welcome customers to visit our plastic injection facility on site here in Shanghai. Black box IP projects are injected on site.

With all the types and grades of plastics on the market today, it can be difficult determining which material offers the best value for your project. We provide recommendations for alternative materials at time of quotation at no extra charge.

TWO DAY QUOTE

We can generally provide a quotation for multiple plastic injection parts within two days of receipt of data, material, and quantity information.

MOULDS FOR EXPORT

We export plastic injection moulds worldwide, built ready to mount and run. To date we have exported plastic injection moulds to the following countries successfully:

• United States
• Canada
• Russia
• France

In late 2004 our mold making shop here on site will expand to reduce turnaround for our export mold clients from five weeks to four.
