But even our Open Source exuberance is challenged by this:

That's right - according to this tongue-in-cheek play on the Open Source model, you can build your own Hadron Collider. All you'll need to build it is "... €6-billion, enough real estate to hold your 17-mile-long ring, a staff of international geniuses, and ..." downloadable plans from
the Institute of Physics in London.
But wait - is this really Open Source, or is it €6-billion freeware?
